Yeah they are just trying to profit off of us here (how would an ordinary person know that some random silver round sold out in 10 minutes).

This is the typical premium for all collectible coins now, take a look across the board. Even at my local store they're charging close to this for anything that's not generic and even generic silver is still several dollars above spot as the spot price is BS anyhow.
