That 'child' is a dummy... have a LOOK CLOSELY at the wrist and second picture of the back of head

I'm looking on a 27-inch, 4k monitor. That thing on the wrist is a hospital plastic ID bracelet, and the back of the child's balded head you can see some healed scars from some sort of cranial surgery.

It appears to be a real child to me.
