A sitting president cannot be indicted.

However, they can be removed from office, then indicted.

A sitting president cannot be indicted. However, they can be removed from office, then indicted.

Correct. Fraud cancels everything.

If he attained the presidency through fraud, which he did, then he is not protected from indictment.

They might still go through the theater of removing him first, then trying, convicting, and executing the traitorous pedophile scum.
