14 That man is a fool who says to himself, “There is no God!” Anyone who talks like that is warped and evil and cannot really be a good person at all.
Calling those you want to "save" names is counter-productive. I'm no expert but humans generally don't respond well to ad-hominem attacks.
May want to pass that onto your "all knowing" god.
As for the rest, that's your opinion which appears to be formed from very little life experience and a myopic world-view.
The words of the psalm writer is only an opinion," if ", God doesn't exist.
But if God exists the mocker seems to only mock himself.
Only God saves.

Only God condemns.
All good judges condemn you when you break the law. But Jesus died for you to save you from the punishment.
God , just as our earthly father wants the best for us. His direction on our life could feel like a condemnation, but it's not . He loves us.
