Ear lobes do not attach through age or surgery
Pixie ear, a result of face-lift issues, usually occurring on the elderly.
If I recall correctly, Biden has had at least 2 known facelifts. Extreme facelifts absolutely do cause ear changes because stitches are often where the ear meets the face. , "Pixie ear" type deformation where the earlobe is stretched to meet the new facial skin position.
Biden also has about a gallon of facial fillers injected into his face to plump up his cheekbones, cheeks, and remove wrinkles around his mouth. (Look up Sculptura and Juvederm facial fillers).
He also appears to have has an upper and lower eyelid lift, and botox to smooth forehead wrinkles.
All of the above cosmetic procedures, combined with the skin losing elasticity and thinning due to age, result in this type of appearance.
How do you explain changes to the entire ear. Not just the lobe attachment? His different skull shape and different eye shapes, that is NOT the same man and there are multiple “Bidens”. He doesn’t even have the same voice. Different diction and timbre. That doesn’t change in a few years time.
Ears continue growing as we age, and there is no way to tell how multiple facelifts can pull the ears in different directions. They literally slice the ears at the front half like a reverse fish gill, then pull the face and stitch it behind the flap when they do an extreme face lift. In extreme cases like his, maybe they also make cuts at the back of the ears. The shape of the inner back curve of his ear remains the same.
His skull is the same shape. The camera angles in the two videos about are not the same, which makes the tiny difference you are seeing. The camera on the left is higher and closer to him, making the top of his head seem slightly larger. The one on the right is a straight on zoom shot from further away. Notice how in the video on the left, the top of his head extends up out of the frame, whereas in the video on the right, it is within the frame. That is from the camera distance/zoom and shooting angle. The closer a camera is to a subject, the more distortion there will be in an image. The rest of his face has distortion from being pumped full of dermal plumping injections (see upper lip/philtrum and nasolabial lines).
He has had both upper and lower eyelid surgery. To see another example of what that type of surgery can do, google: "Kenny Rogers plastic surgery".
Men's voices can change a lot from age, tissue deterioration/thinning, and cognitive decline. His speech is different because he is in cognitive decline, likely exasperated by several strokes and rounds of anesthesia.
His nose is the same, though the skin is slightly thinner. As we age, our skin becomes more thin, and we lose a certain amount of subcutaneous fat. If you have a pointy nose when young, it will become a bit more sharp as you age.
His nose isn’t the same. Skull shape does not change. Neither do overall ear geometry or lobe attachment lol. Everything you’ve said is bullshit. Timbre and diction do not change like that. Go back to sleep sheep. There are multiple sets of features because it isn’t even one man. Biometrics do not lie. Suddenly at the ripe age of 80 he suddenly levels up his eyebrows? Get real dude.
