They may be lining up, but right now the conclusive evidence of the scamdemic has not been presented to the public and become solidified as fact. Even though the court is supposed to be basing opinions on facts public conscensus weighs heavily in their decisions. They need more of the fraud exposed, and they need solid evidence backed by true science to win.
