It's most likely a Ukro-Nazi FF. The Russians withdrew from the area to focus their efforts on the coming decisive battle in the Donbass. This is whre the bulk of the Ukrainian forces are. Taking Kieve is only symbolic and doesn't defeat the Ukro-Nazi military. A video of the Bucha area seems to show it as fake. Here's a video of it.
