Specifically Newsom, who stated that all trucks hauling goods from ports must be no older than three years old, because of muh greenness. The result was that the containers started building up in ports, and ships needed to wait to unload. So, no, supply chains were not infiltrated by the DS, unless you count Newsom as one of (((them))).
Weird how they are recommend Public Private Partnerships as the solution to the battle. IMO those organisations are fascism personified: Mussolini defined it as the merger of state and corporate power - oh yes THAT fascism.
