They can certify anything they want, but they can't change the constitution with a vote.

The election was invalid. There was nothing to certify. There probably hasn't been a real election in the US for the past 50 years +.

Almost all of it is violated by the current fed gov to one degree or another.

Marbury v. Madison was wrong.
