If he stops them from censoring "bullies" and "hate speech," then by definition, that is anti-free speech. Where by "free" I mean "their censorship" since that is what they mean by "free."

If you have power, and you call it the opposite of what it is, people believe it. It is the most amazing wizardry to behold.
