No. Warrants are only available before a merger. After merger, only actual shares are available to purchase. The SPAC (DWAC) has until Sept. 20th to complete merger with Trump Media Group (TMTG). 30 days after merger, warrants can be exercised to get shares of new company for $11.50 per.
