It would serve Russia no purpose to kill civilians. Their press releases, from the start, have declared that they are there to remove the Nazis from Ukraine and to liberate parts of Ukraine that have been under siege by these Nazis. They only went in with a small force. This is a not an invade and occupy army. This force is for strategic objectives. Get in, neutralize targets, get out.
I'm sure their forces have been given strict orders to minimize non-combatant casualties. They know this thing is a powder keg. They don't want a world war. Putin is not a dunce. He knows that no one will really win another world war. We will all lose if nukes are ever used.

There was a post earlier about this: most of the victims had white armbands to show they were friendly to the Russians who gave them food. When the Russians left they were shot as collaborators

We can't tell what is going on. Our media will peddle any lie they are told to peddle. Not sure that Russia is any better, but my instinct is that they are more truthful than our media.
I don't like war and wish it would end. Regardless if Ukraine was made into a corruption playground for the Western elite, doubtless many innocent Ukrainians that have nothing to do with this are suffering.
I also hate propaganda and that shit is off the scale right now. Like a daily reminder about how fucked up our press/media is. They will run with any story no matter how ludicrous as long as it aligns with the US State Dept/CIA. It is disgusting.
