I don't understand why people think he can single handedly change anything on Twitter. He's one of 12 (or 13, I forget which and am too lazy to look it up) on the board. He doesn't have the power to reinstate anyone who has been banned.

There's a difference between hope and being utterly delusional. This is the latter.
