Still reading Sir Adrian Carton de Wiart’s Memoirs (« Happy Odyssey ») and it’s really inspiring to have everyone call him a badass whilst himself was flegmatic, focused and objective… a real modest hero: the kind we need.
Good. I am watching an (8 part series) I recorded called 'Jesus His Life.' I started yesterday and will watch an episode daily until I am finished. Yesterday was the Birth of Jesus, this morning was John the Baptist. I thought it was an appropriate time to watch since we are approaching Good Friday and Easter.
In comparison to your book, JESUS; a real hero: the kind we need. Enjoy your book. Have a great day.
I picked up the book in order to read some adventurous stories, then eventual write some hymn about the virtues of heroism and selflessness… then, I realized that, as written in the 1st person, it still is factually true, but he never boasted as much as the wikipedia people did about him, which makes him even more inspirational.
I’d go with something like « not war crazy, not blood thirsty, … »
Of course, Jesus is the absolute hero, but I would be afraid my wording could be perceived as blasphemous by zealous people, so, I keep with the 2000 year old writings.🤐
Hahaha, you are such a special person. I'm sure your hymn will be beautiful; no matter who or what you write about.
I too went through my TV recordings since the evil people took my OAN news off the air, and I found that series I recorded that I had not watched. So it was a blessing for me. I'm doing everything to get out of the dumps. I've even went in and rearranged my food stockpile just to have something to do. It was in disarray; but now I can find everything better and the dates. I didn't realize I had that much pasta.
Keep up your GREAT songwriting and music recordings. You do very well with these. Maybe I need to get a hobby. God bless.
