I hope that the Russians can tell the difference between tattooed Ukrainian soldiers who are recoverable and nazi batallions who aren't. I'm pretty sure they can tell the difference.

Also it would be a shame to level the cities and have to rebuild them. The nazis may be keeping some civilians back for human shields.

It's a difficult job the Russians have to do. Removing nazis and entrenched cabal members from a country with millions of civilians who the nazis and cabal care less than nothing about.
