When the Russians were in the area, providing humanitarian relief, etc. many Ukrainian soldiers were not wearing uniforms so to show they were not UK military, citizens wore white armbands so the Russians would not fire on them. After the Russians left and the Azov battalion came in, they killed anyone with a white armband, as they saw them as Russian collaborators. There was a two-day lag between Russians leaving and the story of the "atrocities" appearing. No evidence that Russians were involved.
You've got the right false flag. Apparently there is a video where, if you look in the rearview mirror, you can see one of the "killed victims" moving and starting to get up. I have not seen that vid but there are many references to it.
This guy's page seems to corroborate the story. Many posts here, search Bucha.

Weren't many of these corpses moving out of the way and getting up after the film crews drove by?
Or am I mixing up my false flags again?
For a good explanation of what's going on on this and in Ukraine militarily, see Scott Ritter's visit to The Duran:

I've seen it, it's what you're talking about and one of the "bodies" simply moving it's arm out of the way when the vehicle drove past.
Yep
