A family member went upstairs to take a nap a few days ago and died in her sleep. 60’s with no health issues. Was perfectly fine before her nap. No one is saying “vaccine” but some of us know.
I started reading a book about Gary Gygax, the inventor of Dungeons & Dragons. (Yeah, I'm a nerd). Starts off with the early hobbyist, not making a profit, having trouble making ends meet, but making his war games because he loves the hobby.
Anyway, in the very early days of his company, TSR, Gygax had two partners. He expected to be the editor / creative guy while the others would invest and handle the money, be president of the company, etc.
And one of the partners died. From a heart attack. At the age of 35. Which had pretty interesting ramifications.
But all that aside, I was pretty surprised to read about a heart attack death at 35. Back in the 1970s.
Honestly, going out in your sleep is about the best it could go. I hope I do. Just at a nice ripe old age of having enjoyed grandchildren being married and meeting a few great-grand babies.

This is kind of a stretch, but were they the type of people that got their annual flu shots?
But did those folks take other vaccines? For school or travel???
