That really is weird. You see her in the background, and her head movements and the way she's looking around are what you would expect if SHE was the one doing the talking. Watch that video of her with that in mind. That mask, is it covering something? I wonder if her lips are actually moving too. It's possible she's reading from the prompter in her head and just due to being groomed for that role she automatically physically acts as if she's the one speaking, and then occasionally she catches herself and looks down at the papers she's holding.

Another thing about her head movements - try to mimic that with your own head. The turns and tilts are too fast, too measured. It's doable, yes, but it's unnatural. Like a robot that's had its programming a little off, just too fast and not smooth enough. Thanks for the link, OP!
