Those entities eat the lower, slower frequencies.

That would be our lower chakra energies.

They can't eat the higher energies, like from the heart upward.

So part of the answer is to continually raise your energy.

Think higher thoughts.

When stuff goes wrong, don't dwell on it. Laugh at it.
