The point he is making is that most people would unfollow those top accounts if they aren't active. Hinting that most of the accounts are abandoned or simply bots. Since his account is active there would be no reason to unfollow, but he's really not reaching 81 million followers either.
I don't use twatter. Do people really give a shit who they follow? Most people have like 2000 people they are following. I doubt they even notice these fags that don't post anymore.
