It's my best guess that the Ukraine for "emergency ambulance" isn't the same as the British spelling lol. That was a Brit ambulance by the looks of things, probably with an exploding gas canister inside which then blows the bloody doors off!

Ambulance in Ukrainian. In Russian it makes a lot of sense, as скорошная помощь literally means speedy help.
