Still very ignorant when it comes to Elon, but my guess is he is a bad guy who was turned (or a good guy placed in to Cabal as a double agent) and he has a unique vantage point in social media where he can reach millions with ambiguous messaging while being "uncancelable"

So I would say his silly sounding words are very similar to "Covfefe" tweet by Trump.
