Correlation doesn't imply causation. Interesting, and it is well known that flashing lights can cause seizures in rare cases particularly with epileptics, but if the cabal wanted to reduce the world's population they would just release a massive propaganda campaign to convince people they would die unless they got a needle, which then kills them after a random period of time by what looks like natural means such as cancer or AIDs. Killing particular people is still easier done by professional assassins to ensure they get the right person and that they are dead.
Sometimes correlation or coincidence does not imply causation.
Sometimes correlation or coincidence does imply causation. That's how many medical advancements were found.
Keep an open mind.
