If you haven't seen it, you should. Here is a description:
"Clay Riddell is a disillusioned artist who a year earlier abandoned his wife Sharon and son Johnny in order to fulfill his dream of publishing a graphic novel. At Boston International Airport, Clay tries to board a flight, hoping to reconcile with his family. His cell phone battery dies, so he calls Sharon using a payphone. Suddenly an electronic signal (later dubbed "the pulse") is broadcast across mobile networks worldwide, turning cell phone users into rabid killers."
Pretty sure this is the movie adapt of the Stephen King book of the same title. Book was actually, really really well done. Not the Stand, or IT but it's up there for a good read if you like Stephen King
That's exactly what it is. But King is indeed an insider.
Yes, yes he is. If you haven’t seen this mini series make of The Stand, you should. It even casts Whoopi Goldberg as the “good.” Seriously freaky.
I'll check it out.
