According to the lore the Deep State essentially has infinite money from banking cartels and world taxes and has had at least 50 years since the JFK assassination, when the military became directly aware of their hostility, to prepare for war. This should afford the best international DS strategists, technology, armies and military equipment. How can you beat infinite money?

God always is, was and will be the answer. Their money is fake anyway. Nothing but paper, the real value was everyone's life of servitude to build it all for them.
They spread themselves too thin. Also, they do not have infinite money, which is why they are printing a fuck ton of it (which wont be able to be maintained for much longer)
Hide 32 Trillion in black projects related to time:space, reduce weight in aircraft, build the entire internet as a military project, collect ALL communications on and OFF world.
Spend 50 years digging, tracking, tracing understanding.
Wait for the big switch:event with counters that you have been working on due to your level of spying.
Let them think they are in full control, take some power away, see how the react.
Show plans to other world leaders that you have vetted via spying process. Know who you can trust before embarking on a deal.
Distribute the work load. Let other countries clean up high risk area's near them. Those area's are controlled by the people you want to take out. Take out legs on their table until it falls over, exposed.

We've been employing the Russia Calderon strategy for destroying them and it's working. Encircle them, slowly attack, tighten the circle, rinse and repeat until the circle is so small then finish them off.
