I think all of these people have body doubles. It makes sense if your rich and important that you can't be everywhere at once nor would anyone want to.

They are also used to confuse military enforcement. They use them in multiple homes they own and also cars. They also use mannequins in cars.

I remember when I first saw Hillary's double when she was chucked into a van like a side of beef at the 9/11 Memorial.
