Noake's wife has told a compelling story why she believes her husband was murdered. My own theory alleges that this toxin was spread through aerial spraying. Cliff High indicates the analysis of snow samples in his area showed graphene oxide was present. Is the toxin being delivered by use of nano graphene housing the toxin (snake venom)? I'm also suspect that these particulates could be spread through infected sprays, public water, ventilation systems, and perhaps even face masks too.
