So... first it was in the water in some strategic locations to help induce flu-like symptoms and drive people to the hospital to then get more venom via remdesivir, and for the masses a "vax" was developed that injects venom and creates new dna that produces venom.

It wasn't in the water everywhere... just enough to create the scare/panic, which was heightened by the actual deaths caused by remdesivir.

I believe it, but most people won't... not until there is evidence and a confession from the bad actors. Until then, it's too far-fetched for most, like aliens or Bigfoot.
