Priming the pump and Greasing the skids for that grand old pump and dump game, to rob what's left of the wealth in western ukraine. Interesting IMF thinks Putin will stop in the Dumbass area. This could justify going all the way west to the Poland line once the deal is done and assets are in country. What they gonna do, sanction him some more? Naww
