Your idea of just calling this out will do nothing. Because most blacks already do call it our privately.
My solution isn't just to call them out but to strip them of all Affirmative Action, diversity hiring, race based welfare, outreach programs, Opportunity Zones and pandering of any kind. Throw them in the equality deep end and let 'em sink or swim...
...if the African-American crime culture isn't able to correct itself and all of the blacks you claim are calling for change yet do nothing... then so be it. Even if the black incarceration rate doubles then at least our streets will be safer.
African-Americans aren't correcting the intolerably horrific problems with their culture. The time for pandering and making excuses for them is over. If they can't adapt to living as equals then we have a different problem to discuss.
