Cardio kills gains.
Not strictly true.
Cardio can burn muscle if you overdo it on a caloric restriction, but if you are bulking and consuming a ton of carbs, protein and calories, it will not have a negative effect on your gains.
Additionally and importantly, health is more than muscle size. Cardio is very important for your cardiovascular health, which reduces a lot of the fat gain from the food you need to eat from those gains, and also keeps your heart in better shape and, also importantly, keeps your energy levels high, hormones regulated and allows you to lift longer if you maintain your cardiovascular health.
Spoken like a true faggot.
If you want cardio, lift weights faster.
