Feel like I am dying every single day because of one round of antibiotics. Big pharma once again keeps me sick.
Anyone have experience? I am searching around for the best method. Love you guys,

So many other benefits that come along with it too.
Edit: Except the fruit. While it has sugars, its not processed sugar and the fruit has other nutritional benefits that an individual may need if they are not supplimenting certain vitamins and minerals.
I disagree. To get rid of that fungus, you gotta starve it of all sugars, including the kind in fruit. Just so you know, all of the vitamins and minerals that are in fruit can also be found in vegetables. Diabetics can also attest that fruit is not an essential food group as they must live without it. Lemons are great though. They don't have much sugar at all, tons of vitamin c and can aid in the elimination of candida by stimulating the colon and detoxing the liver.
I dont disagree with you entirely.
But fruits are not something you necessarily can or even want to permanently cut from your diet.
To wrangle a bad candida buildup though I do get it.
Fasting intermittently, in general is great and recommended too. That would and should also include fruits too.
Also when not fasting everything should be in moderation. And avoid processed foods
So just go full carnivore/keto? Trying to see how Im going to get all my calories. I have gastritis too, so it is terrible trying to eat. I've never felt so sick in my damn life.
Sorry to hear that. Most chronic gastritis is caused by a bacterial infection in the stomach, so eliminating these sugary foods may inhibit the growth of the bacteria as well. Yes, a keto type diet coincides nicely with the candida diet, however you may find that high fatty meats like bacon and sausage irritate your stomach. Perhaps keep away from those types of meats right off the bat and stick to the leaner, easier to digest proteins like chicken, lentils, light fish (tuna, cod, tilapia, salmon). But you are welcome to incorporate red meat whenever you feel like testing what your body can handle! You know your body best or at least will know it better once you are on a diet regiment like this. Avoiding the sugar, high acid-forming carbs, fruit should help against the gastritis even if it is not bacteria related since these types of foods cause inflammation and irritate the stomach lining. Also, if you aren't already taking one, I would recommend a daily probiotic capsule to help your gut bacteria fight off the H. Pylori (bad bacteria). Plus, probiotics are good against candida as well.
Here's a handy list of food that helps against candida. It just so happens that these types of foods help eliminate stomach inflammation as well: https://www.thecandidadiet.com/foodstoeat.htm
If you decide to do this diet, please let me know how it works out for you! Good luck and God Bless!
