The offer puts a number to it. A large number.
If the company declines the offer, then they better have a solution for getting the valuation to at least $43B or else they've lost money for their shareholders.
Right now their valuation is $35B.
So... they need a way to grow company valuation by $8,000,000,000 without giving up their censorship happy fun times, without letting Trump back in the door, and with a spurned Elon Musk ready to criticize every single move they make in front of a media that is absolutely desperate for a drama to distract from The Bidening.
