Its not destroyed. Like you said, Khazarian Jews have been practicing for 1200 years and they've intermingled with other Jewish sects. That doesn't mean they don't still worship Satanism behind closed doors and under a different mask. They've just moved around since then.
Also you're even completely wrong on obvious points that are easy to look up. This wikipedia article states there's an estimated 400,000 Ukrainian Jews back in 2014.

The Khazarian Jews of Ukraine absolutely do follow the Jewish religion based on the massive number of synagogues they build. If Ukraine wasn't a third world country, I suspect the Ukrainian Khazarian Jews would give Israel a run for it's money about how devoted they are to the Jewish faith measured by how many synagogues they would build.
