He doesn't play in the shadows. He had a server company Seth Rich used to upload his DNC file to WikiLeaks.

Kim.com requested more than once to testify before our Congress knowing it would show the server was not hacked it was uploaded, in the Seth Rich case. He doesn't in play in the shadows.
