Aww, well if you know how to make memes, I wish you'd make more. The title is perfect, btw. If you don't know how to make memes but know who made this, please ask, beg, coerce them into making many, many, more. It's hilarious. And the whole Veep Thoughts thing is perfect for memeing her cackling self.
