Let's be real, Twitter is not a safes-pace. It is too vile and depraved to be that (not that a safe space is a good thing either). Echo-chamber is a better term to describe it.

Also, I always like to remind people every time I talk about twitter. Twitter is a haven for child porn. Mis-gender someone (whatever that means) and you're taken down almost immediately. Post child porn, and they drag their feet on taking it down. Whatever excuse they use for this, we know the real reason which is: They takedown what they don't like and fight to keep what they do.
