If Texas had an asshole it would be located right where Austin sits.

Now they are trying to draw in as many deadbeat turds as they possibly can. There is one problem I see coming. Austin already has tent cities under almost every overpass on 35, and living there is expensive.

What do they plan on doing with the dead beats? Throw up more tent cities? Or is that pie in the sky guaranteed income actually going to be enough for the lay abouts to live on?
