There are plenty of ways to do this anonymously. Like, put on a N95 mask and a baseball cap, go to a library or cafe with wifi (you don't even have to go inside if you know the password), upload to any big file sharing site.

If you're super paranoid, buy a $100 laptop with cash and burn it when you're done.

There are no excuses for why this data hasn't leaked yet if it exists.
