He was once in charge of the WI Dept of Education. You’d think by now he’d know we don’t live in a democracy.
If you look at the proficiency scores in Wisconsin, it should make perfect sense.
Actually Wisconsin's K-12 system ranks in the top 10 nationally. If you tossed Milwaukee from the State's scores it would probably be in the top 5.
