Calamities on the Earth occur Cyclically - every 6,500 and 13,000 years. We are fast approaching the next one. These events scour nearly all traces of human civilization from the face of the earth. So they are attempting to warn us, I think that much is clear. Is the purpose to get us to realize what is truly important about our existence? Is the purpose to prepare us in some way(getting underground, or some other means of protection)? What do you think is going on?

That’s a great example. Seemingly constructed and then purposefully buried just prior to the last half-cycle event [buried approx. 13,000 years ago, last “event” (younger dryas impact) occurring approx. 12,000 years ago].
Also the site seems to, like the others, be conveying awareness of some kind of ecological disaster (stone carvings and reliefs of animals that did not exist on the continent after the event)

The video doesn’t get into the specifics of the Pyramid and Sphinx, it just provides an overview of this cycle of catastrophe. Ive seen a few sources talk about the “astrotheological” (for lack of a better umbrella term) import of the great pyramid complex. If you’re looking for writing I recommend Serpent in the Sky by John Anthony West, or the documentary series based on that book, Magical Egypt, which was free on youtube last time I checked. Basically, these structures are more than just a warning, they encode much of the knowledge of the previous cycle’s survivors.

The Earth's precession of its axis, our oscillation contra-planar to the galaxy, Milankovitch cycles, Carrington Cycles, Maunder cycles, unknown perturbances in the outer shell of the solar system, "Planet X", magnetar and neutron star "laser", pulsing supernovae, it kinda doesn't matter, something is gonna get us.

There are no one sided coins. For every warning there is an effort to conceal the truth. The date and time of the return of the Sun is among the most closely held "secret of secrets". Those who know will be among the survivors. Those who don't will be toast. Those who know, and have for many generations, have already made preparations with the trillions stolen. Good question. There are two means of survival. Get off planet and make sure there is a planet between you and the sun during nova. This was the method of "the fallen angels". Unfortunately their world was destroyed and they got stranded on a world not well suited to their needs. The second was the method of choice for Gilgamesh and todays elite. Go underground for a few generations. The thinking is that the best chance is if the surface dwellers are eliminated prior to the event. The last couple of years will be hectic and damn near impossible if 7.8 billion scared pissed off people are piss'n down vent pipes. This is why depop makes sense.
Thanks. And what you say makes sense, but seem like options restricted to the “bad guys” (secret keepers). Shouldn’t there thus be a parallel “escape” for the “good guys”? I’m thinking along the ideas of
“Nirvana” (enLightenment) being an “escape from Samsara(physicality/earth)” with Buddha and his disciples taking the opposite path of the secret keepers
Tibetan/Egyptian/etc “rites of traversing Death”, aka what we see recorded in their “book of the dead”, by whomever it was who derived that system
Joining God as an adopted son in the New Heaven and New Earth, as revealed to us by someone who undeniably walked the path of revelation and shared it freely, and who many think was God Himself incarnate as man
All of these options involve accepting death, whereas it seems the routes available to the “bad guys” involve increasingly heinous techniques to stave off death (adrenochrome, technological transhumanism, treating the Earth like a cattle reserve then attempting to run away or hide when the cycle is ticking over, those kinds of things).
I think the first great lie in the garden was "you will be like gods and have eternal life". It was a lie because all life/consciousness is eternal. Death is a shedding of the body. (I have just about worn mine out) Each of the things you mention are on point. There will be more than just getting clobbered with molten plasma. DNA changes/upgrades. Many species won't make it and others will spring up that were never here before. This is all relatively new for earth. Someone commented on the Saturn connection. This is a big clue. Earth was given this new sun and all the stars we see relatively recently. "5th world". That would be roughly 60,000 years since we were captured by this star from our previous, now electrically discharged, brown dwarf star Saturn. This isn't woo woo stuff. The "black eye club"... the "all seeing eye", every pagan religion, all Satan worshipers...even your wedding ring goes back to the "first great sun, Saturn. Today pretty much all religions can be divided in to Sun worshippers or Saturn worshippers. The biblical creation story is about the capture. Most surviving life forms were aquatic. Some survivors, like "the fallen" Seraphim, ...El and brood, had/have a real hard time with the increased gravity, reduced oxygen content of the atmosphere on earth , and UV radiation of this new star. Why do you think the ancient "gods" needed to be worshiped? Their power is telepathic mind control. Baal, Satan, Molech, Yahweh all need people to serve them because they cant survive here on their own, They can't even hunt for themselves...big problem for carnivores.
