In my case lazy eye from domestic violence then injury to leg and foot around age thirty. I didn't mean to imply all disabled can work, but living in poor areas as an owner, riding bicycle and bus for the last 15 years, and working at food stamp office as security for a year, I feel qualified to state that many people on the dole could work.
Also many homeless get government checks and should have their money managed for them. Some people who aren't homeless have someone helping them manage.
I'm high IQ, but suffer PTSD from witnessing domestic violence, being trafficked, and have ADD from fetal alcohol syndrome and self-medicating on weed.
Work is good for ya'
Did you get stuck in a relationship with domestic violence? I would like to be able to help someone in that position.
my mother had a long string of abusive men in her life. She was a drunk. Heck when I was 10 a couple tried to buy me. Mom didn't sell, but she hung out with them afterward. They eventually bought a kid. Not sure if anything sexual is involved in that... As a toddler, something happened with her second husband giving me a bath. A Dickens Childhood for sure..
Not sure what help you could be, I'm now 63.
I don't disagree with any of this.
