People are just beginning to wake up and realize who these monsters are, and the evil of their intentions. There is nothing quite like the wake up call of someone trying to kill you to shake you from a slumber. The resistance, and rioting are already evident, the revolution begins when that anger is properly directed at the head of the snake.
