Another way of looking at it...
This is less than 20 miles square; the size of a small metro area but much less than the typical Midwest county. (640 acres per square mile.)
The value of that is a different story; assuming it's undeveloped land (rangeland to cropland) it would be $500/ac in AZ to $20,000/ac in IA. If it's commercial or residential potential, easily 5x that.
