The illiterate Third World employees who staff these food processing facilities do not operate one piece of equipment at these places in a safe manner, ever. That fires break out at these facilities on a regular basis is no big surprise to anyone who has ever witnessed them in operation. An illegal working a packing line cares about safety about as much as he can read the warnings on the equipment they operate, not at all.
