Down here in FL there's plenty of Cubans who are ghost white, especially female, whiter than your avg Caucasian

I always found it funny how many of the dimes on Univision looked like white bitches because they have that German blood mixed in. Light skin Hispanics with green eyes and plastic surgery. Pigment means absolutely nothing. It's the culture that determines much more of your fate.
