It really makes me wonder what exactly was the dynamic between the likes of Bush/O'Reilly/Colbert.

I honestly felt the antipathy towards Bush seemed genuine. Did parts of the plan go back that far? If not, why was Bush apparently on the outs with cabal media?

Someone here mentioned a while back that Bush "stole" a turn from Gore and a sort of other division of the cabal. Was that all it was?
