Out of the box thinking...at least they won't be used against Americans even if ordered to act against us...you can not use that which you don't have which levels the battlefield in a National Guard (who I believe have thier own ammo dumps and correct me if I am wrong but I do not think too many states share ammo with each other)vs. The Federal Army of the Corporation of United States of a America which could be too broke to actually replace the weapons should the federal fiat dollar kicks the bucket.
