ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE.

Lincoln was a True Racist of the highest order - as were most residents of the supposed Union States. Lincoln wanted the new states to be for "Free Whites" with no black people in them, and was a major proponent of forced reverse immigration of blacks to Africa, the Caribbean and South America.

You clearly do not know history. I will strictly state facts that is found within the library of congress (where i research)

Lincoln personally hated slavery
He became a lawyer who helped slaves legally
his dad was against slavery and had to change jobs to get away from slavery.
his moms parents owned slaves but she personally did not like the idea

he as president would rather keep slavery or get rid of slavery- whatever the case, his main priority was to keep the union together.
becuase of this, those that threatened to leave the union, he banned slavery, to also hurt them militarily.
to keep the slave states happy, that weren't leaving the union, he did not ban slavery.
