I remember when the US was paying 4 Billion a month on the Iraq war. Now this guy wants 7 Billion per month. Uh, that's a big ole negative there, Zelly boy.

But perhaps this is his way of blackmailing the American Deep State to keep their hideous secrets re: dumbs, trafficking, bioweapons, et al.
